IN-STORE Returns Policy

 
Because you were able to touch, feel, and try on for fit and size, shoes and clothing may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 10 business days of purchase with original receipt.  For a refund to your original payment method, the item must be returned within 5 business days of original purchase. All items returned must have been purchased from Monkee's of Alpharetta. Returned items must be unworn with price tags intact. Shoes, handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, lingerie, accessories, home & gifts, special orders, trunk show items, and DISCOUNTED or SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for a store credit.

 

ONLINE Returns Policy

We want you to LOVE your purchase! We will happily accept returns postmarked within 10 days of purchase on unworn, new products with tags attached. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns unless otherwise indicated as a promotion. Refunds will be made to the card used in the original transaction. All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, so we can only accept returns on purchases from this store location. Shoes, handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, lingerie, accessories, home & gifts, special orders, and DISCOUNTED or SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned for a store credit.

 

*PLEASE NOTE: If you used a free shipping at checkout and return your order, we will complete the return, less $12 to cover the shipping.

 

As a small business, we can not accommodate every return but we will be reasonable. Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

 

 Standard Shipping

We offer standard ground shipping within the U.S. for a flat rate fee of $12.00, unless otherwise indicated. Orders over $200 qualify for complimentary standard ground shipping. When your order ships, you will receive an email including tracking information so you can keep an eye out for your package. Delivery times and dates will vary based on your location. We are not responsible for unforeseen delays or damages due to holidays and weather.
