IN-STORE Returns Policy

 
Clothing may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 10 days of purchase with original receipt. No cash or credit card refunds. Returned items must be unworn with price tags still attached. Shoes, handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, accessories, special orders, and discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for a store credit.

Merchandise must be unworn, with tags attached; shoes must be returned in their original box. All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, so we can only accept returns on purchases from this store location. Handbags, jewelry, accessories, and discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for a store credit.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

 

 Standard Shipping

We offer standard ground shipping within the U.S. for a flat rate fee of $12.00, unless otherwise indicated. Orders over $200 qualify for complimentary standard ground shipping. When your order ships, you will receive an email including tracking information so you can keep an eye out for your package. Delivery times and dates will vary based on your location. We are not responsible for unforeseen delays or damages due to holidays and weather.
